For automotive HMI systems, we have extensive collaboration experience with leading global manufacturers, delivering adhesives that ensure high stability and resistance to environmental testing.
Our ink applications have also evolved from traditional printing to include dispensing, JET, and inkjet printing (IJP) processes, supporting diverse manufacturing needs.

Membrane Switches

Thermal-Cure Insulating Ink 

Designed for products in high environmental testing or harsh conditions, such as automotive and military/industrial control applications. Offers excellent flexibility and passes 1000V / 200 Mega high-voltage impact tests. Stable printability for long production runs, preventing short-circuit issues common in standard products. Customizable in color and viscosity to meet diverse design needs.

UV-Cure Insulating Ink 

Flexible and bend-resistant, with excellent heat-press tolerance. Colors can be customized; even in black, UV light penetration and adhesion remain stable. Maintains consistent printability without abnormal viscosity increases over time.

Glucose Test Strips

Conductive Materials – Silver Paste, Carbon Paste

Customizable in conductivity and other properties. HOYO offers silver pastes with 40–75% silver content, while carbon paste formulations can be tailored to match enzyme characteristics.

Thermal-Cure Insulating Ink 

High viscosity stability for consistent printability in mass production. Fully cures at 90°C in just 30 seconds, reducing processing time and minimizing substrate heat accumulation.

Touch Panels

Thermal-Cure Insulating Ink

Suitable for ITO film and ITO glass. Compatible with 150–400 mesh screens, ensuring stable printability over long production runs. Offers high environmental durability and stability, widely used in military, industrial control, and automotive applications.

UV-Cure Insulating Ink 

Stable printability for jumper line processes. Flexible, heat-press resistant, and highly durable in challenging environments. Customizable in color, with a competitive price for high-volume consumer products.

Peelable Mask 

Adjustable adhesion and protection range. Suitable for touch panels, FPCs, LCDs, membrane switches, and any process requiring temporary protection. Customizable for temperature, acid/alkali resistance, and peel timing.

Etching Ink

Available in white, black, and transparent variants. Suitable for standard and roll-to-roll processes. Can be cleaned at 35–40°C without alkali or chemicals. Uses pure phosphoric acid etching for safety, easy dilution, and minimal environmental impact.
