Shipping Time
Most of our products are customized or imported; actual lead times will follow the quotation or contract.
Standard stock items will be shipped within 1–3 business days after order confirmation and payment (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Methods

• Domestic orders within Taiwan are shipped via designated logistics or courier service.

• International orders are shipped by air or sea freight, as agreed upon in the contract.

Shipping Costs & Duties

• International freight charges, customs duties, and clearance fees are borne by the buyer unless otherwise specified in the contract.

Risk & Insurance

• Once shipped, all risks during transit are transferred to the buyer.

• Additional cargo insurance can be arranged upon request at the time of order.
